As most of us are aware by now, the thought of loosing 40lb in three days is exactly that, a thought. The best way to loose weight and to keep it off is to exercise. This doesnt have to include going to the gym five times a week or going out running as fast as you can four times a day.

Housework


Believe it or not house work is an aid to helping you loose weight. Even thought this activity burns very few calories is helps increase your metabolism which in turn helps you to burn calories.

Waliking


Most of us do this every single day of our lives so why not turn it in to an exercise. We walk to the shops, we take the dog out, we take the kids out and for all you women out there we love nothing more than walking around the shops.
Again this is not one of your more demanding exercises but it does work. Resluts vary depending on how much effort you put into it (speed, distance etc). So take that walk with the kids after dinner and burn off some of those calories (also works wonders for getting kids into bed on time). Take the dog out for a good half an hour to an hour. Last but not least try to keep moving when you are walking about that shopping mall(works wonders for ou bank account too).

Now we get to the slightly more enthusiastic exercises.

Aerobics


Aerobics classes are very good for helping you loose weight and inreasing your fitness level. Find one near to you that has a beginners class. Dont try and start out to adventurous to soon. There is nothing worse than watching that girl in the size 2 leotard in front of you outdoing the instructor if your not at that level yet. Most of all stick in at it, it will pay off and you will feels great.
